1) Where are the products shipped from?
Promise Gluten Free products are shipped from Ontario.
2) How do you ship?
Promise Gluten Free products are shipped via Canada Post Parcel.
3) Do you charge for shipping?
Yes. There is $10 flat fee for shipping.
4) Where do you ship to?
We ship to any Canadian address.
5) How is the product packaged for shipping?
Promise Gluten Free products are kept frozen until the day your order is processed and shipped. Our pick and pack team take great care to ensure your order is complete and packaged so that you can enjoy the products in your order.
6) Where is my package?
We are currently shipping orders daily (Monday thru Friday). Once your order has shipped, it should arrive in 1-7 days. You will receive an email once your product has shipped with the tracking information, so you can track the progress of your shipment.
7) Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order.
8) Are all your products gluten free?
Yes. Promise Gluten Free products are designed to help you enjoy your life the way you want to, without compromising on taste or quality. We are always innovating to bring you something new, pushing the boundaries on gluten free baking.
9) Are all your products vegan?
The Soft White Loaf, the Soft White Rolls and the Rustic White Cob are vegan.
10) What is shelf life of the product?
Most Promise Gluten Free products are shelf stable for 21 days after thawing.* The products are kept frozen until the day they are shipped. Once received, the product can be refrozen. There is a note included in your shipment with the date the product was thawed and all of the details.
* Carrot Cake expires in 15 days and Hot Cross Buns expires in 12 days.

Yes. Promise Gluten Free products are available at the following retailers.
