Introducing our Handcrafted Sourdough Halkidiki Olive Bread — a loaf that proves gluten free can be every bit as flavourful as it is wholesome. Baked with care using premium Halkidiki olives, this bread is high in fibre, low in saturated fat and sugar, vegan, dairy free, and irresistibly delicious.

Water • Rice flour • Tapioca starch • Yeast • Sliced Halkidiki (green) olives • Cellulose • Potato starch • Psyllium seed husk powder • Sugars (golden syrup, prune purée, caramelized sugar) • Glycerol • Wholegrain corn flour • Canola oil • Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose • Salt • Corn starch • White vinegar • Sodium propionate • Herbs • Sorbic acid • Carboxymethyl cellulose • Methylcellulose • Xanthan gum • Lactic acid • Citric acid • Ascorbic acid • Potassium sorbate.
Caution: Although every care has been taken to remove olive stones, some may remain.

Promise Gluten Free products are kept frozen until the day your order is processed and shipped. Our pick and pack team take great care to ensure your order is complete and packaged so that you can enjoy the products in your order.
6) Where is my package?
We are currently shipping orders daily (Monday thru Friday). Once your order has shipped, it should arrive in 1-7 days. You will receive an email once your product has shipped with the tracking information, so you can track the progress of your shipment.
7) Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order. However, Free shipping is available for orders over $50.

The Soft White Loaf, the Soft White Rolls and the Rustic White Cob are vegan.
10) What is shelf life of the product?
Most Promise Gluten Free products are shelf stable for 21 days after thawing.* The products are kept frozen until the day they are shipped. Once received, the product can be refrozen. There is a note included in your shipment with the date the product was thawed and all of the details.
- Carrot Cake expires in 15 days and Hot Cross Buns expires in 12 days.
